This view of Warwick Castle from the other side of the moat makes it look like a fairytale castle. We had a lovely day out here, Jean and I - our first 'official' date!
Back in Hampshire this one. The 'missing sign' for the White Horse at Prior's Dean, otherwise known locally as the Pub With No Name. Back in the day, this was a regular run out from Bishop's Waltham.
Bishop's Waltham. The town I used to call home, and in fact I lived there for the largest chunk of my life. I pass through very occasionally, but there aren't so many folk there I know still, and much of the village has changed beyond recognition. Even the clock in the town Square.
Powis Castle, Not too far away from us here, just outside Welshpool. A Grand Day out enjoyed by me and Jean back in the summer. It wasn't the sunniest of days, but that didn't make the Castle or the Deer Park any less magnificent.
Y Consti at the top of Constitution Hill, looking down over Aberystwyth and Cardigan Bay. Jean and I took Tortoise up here on the Cliff Railway for a spot of lunch.
